vDisk adopts the IDV architecture — centralized management with local execution: images are delivered uniformly from the backend, yet the desktop runs locally on the endpoint, directly tapping the local CPU / GPU, with performance on par with a physical machine and excellent peripheral compatibility; the system image resides locally, so it runs offline when the network drops and no longer over-relies on servers and the network. A single master image manages all computers, and the built-in cc-class interactive classroom shares one installation package across teacher and student endpoints, delivered with the image and ready to use out of the box.
