Implementation process and features
1. Before the exam: one-click environment deployment
Through the cloud-desktop management platform, administrators can prepare in advance an "exam image" containing specific exam software (such as Office, programming IDEs, and accounting software). Ten minutes before the exam begins, the image is pushed to all exam machines with one click, completing environment deployment instantly. Through the electronic classroom, machines are powered on uniformly and logged in automatically, ensuring candidates can use them the moment they enter, with no need to configure each machine by hand.
2. During the exam: multi-dimensional anti-cheating monitoring
- • Network and Device Restrictions: During exams, internet connections are automatically cut and USB ports disabled to prevent looking up materials or copying answers.
- • Application restrictions: Set a whitelist that allows only exam-related software, blocking chat tools and browsers.

3. After the exam: automatic paper collection and environment restoration
Once the exam-end command is issued, the system automatically locks all student machines and forcibly submits the answer files from the designated directory to the teacher's machine, preventing delays. After collection is complete, a single click reboots all terminals and, using restore-card technology, instantly returns them to their initial pristine state, clearing all temporary files and candidate data to prepare for the next exam or normal teaching.
